Boron Nitride machinable ceramic is an advanced synthetic ceramic material available and made by hot pressing boron nitride powder at high temperature and pressure. DMCERA® Machinable Ceramics, Grade BN-HB
DMCERA® Machinable Ceramics BN-HB is hot-pressing boron nitride ceramics with the highest purity boron nitride powder. It can be used in highest temperature (>2000 ºC) in inert or vacuum environments. It is an excellent choice for applications where high temperature capabilities and corrosion resistance are important.

DMCERA® Machinable Ceramics, Grade BN-BO
DMCERA® Machinable Ceramics BN-BO uses B2O3 binder to add mechanical strength to hot pressed hBN. Higher density and not lose powder from the ceramic. This makes it an excellent choice for high temperature insulators in electron industry and can do some specialty nozzle, etc.
Due to the hygroscopic binder system, BN-BO must be used to avoid exposure to moisture

DMCERA® Machinable Ceramics, Grade BN-SZ
DMCERA® Machinable Ceramics BN-SZ uses silicon carbide and zirconia binder system. With this system, improve thermal shock resistance and erosion resistibility. Most commonly used as break ring for horizontal continuous casters and nozzles for amorphous thin-strip. Its chemical stability, thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance properties a wide variety of molten-metal-contact applications.

DMCERA® Machinable Ceramics, Grade BN-AN
DMCERA® Machinable Ceramics BN-AN composites by a novel process referred to as transient plastic phase processing (TPPP). The relative density of hot-pressed composites decreased with increasing BN content, but over 99% could be obtained with 30% BN in AlN.BN-AlN gears offer a reliable driving performance under high temperature gas atmospheres in which quartz etc. cannot be used.
